Alexander Girard Nativity Set

MORGAN: Alexander Girard amassed a huge collection of nativities, most of which he spent the last years of his life curating for his wing at the International Museum of Folk Art in Santa Fe. House Industries decided it would be an appropriate homage to create a completely new nativity that is based on a Girard illustration that hangs in his son’s house. It's not cheap, but it sure would be worth it!

Yulia Brodskaya

CARRIE: J. Crew's beautiful paper typography made me think of the gorgeous work of Yulia Brodskaya. Yulia was born in Russia and now lives in London. She likes to "experiment and explore ways of bringing together all the things she likes most: typography, paper, and highly detailed hand-made craft objects." The result is amazing.
