Hey y'all! These designs (Design Legacy) were stolen from artists here in Dallas. This company has a long history of commissioning designs, failing to pay for them, then claiming them as their own. There are hundreds of complaints about Design legacy and owner Kelly O'Neal (O'Steal) on the web. Why didn't y'all see any of them or do you just like supporting theft from artists?
