MORGAN: Now that the concept of a "pixel" (short for "picture element" in the digital world) has become a household term, it seems only natural that we take a closer, more appreciative look at what it really is! Christian Zuzunaga, a graduate of the UK's Royal College of Arts, has developed textiles, apparel, wrapping papers and furniture that celebrate the pixel - to me, it's sort of a modern day Mondrian, using the colorblocking technique, but mixed with a 21st century Monet...close up, it's one thing, but who knows what we might see if we look at his works from a distance!
