i heart flag banners

MORGAN: Carrie, I love it! I don't know what it is about flag banners right now, but they seem to just be popping up everywhere--they are such a fun way to decorate for a party, but how cool is this rug by Hable Construction? I'm pretty sure that would make every day a celebration! {found on flickr}
